What we collect. If you sign up for alerts: your email address, an optional organization name, and the committees, bills, and topics you choose to watch. Browsing the site collects nothing; there are no ads and no tracking scripts.
How it is used. Your email receives the hearing alerts you asked for, starting only after you confirm your signup. Unless you uncheck the optional box at signup, it also receives occasional updates about Fulce Consulting services. The two are independent: unsubscribing from one does not require unsubscribing from the other, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
What we never do. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Watchlists are used only to match hearings to your alerts.
Data handling. Signup data is stored with our form processor (Netlify) and on Fulce Consulting systems. To have your data deleted entirely, use the unsubscribe link or write garrett@fulceconsulting.com.
