The House Committee on Environmental Regulation will meet in a public hearing to hear invited testimony only on the following interim charge: Monitoring: Monitor the implementation and associated rulemaking of legislation passed by the Committee and enacted by the 89th Legislature to ensure that legislative purposes are properly implemented, including the following: • HB 3866 , relating to the installation and operation of intermediate bulk container recycling facilities; • HB 4413 , relating to mass balance attribution of renewable biomass feedstocks used to produce renewable chemicals; • SB 763 , relating to standard permits for certain concrete plants; and • SB 2037 , relating to permit application review and contested case procedures for environmental permits involving a project to construct or modify a liquefied natural gas export terminal.
